Topping Rose House is the ultimate Hamptons luxury experience. The property was built in 1840 and reimagined for the 21st century by Bill Campbell and Simon Critchell who undertook the project as partners and have since entrusted Jean-Georges Vongerichten as Chef Proprietor. 

The hotel features 22 luxuriously appointed guest rooms including six suites. The main house still carries with it the charm of the 1800's with the addition of modern luxuries. The Studio is a contemporary events space overlooking the outdoor pool and yard with three hotel rooms of its own. For private guests, the cottages offer new, contemporary design with a spacious layout that is perfect for couples or larger families.
